What do I get on Free?
Free is built for everyday work and school: 20 everyday jobs/day, 3 advanced uses, files up to 100 MB, OCR up to 50 pages, AI up to 15 pages (Standard). Sign in for ~1 hour tool History. Modern UI, no ads, no watermark, no login wall for basic tools.
What does Pro unlock?
Pro is for long documents and busy weeks: up to 200 pages per OCR, Office convert, or AI job; files up to 100 MB; 200 everyday jobs/day; 50 advanced uses/day; 1 GB PDFTrusted Storage under PDFTrusted Shield; secure cloud processing. Process from your account cloud — if the network dips, finished work can still land in Storage or History. Same calm modern workspace — just more capacity.
What is PDFTrusted Storage?
Storage is part of Pro. It works like a calm phone Files app for PDF, images, Word, and other formats our tools support: save results, upload supported files, open them in any tool, download, or delete. Pro includes 1 GB, protected by PDFTrusted Shield — files stay in your account cloud only while your plan is active, then clean up after a short grace period. On Free, your results download straight to your device. We never show a fill bar — only a soft note if you are near the cap.
What is tool History?
With an account, finished jobs appear in History for about 1 hour. If a tab closes or a tool glitches, you can still download the result, send it to another tool, or delete it. Guests only get an immediate download — History needs sign-in.
Why upgrade to Pro?
When Free page or file caps get in the way — multi-page scans, long reports, denser AI work — or when you want cloud Storage for your files. You pay for more capacity and Storage, not for removing ads (tool pages stay ad-free).
Can I change or cancel later?
Yes. Manage billing from your account. Upgrade when you need more room and cancel when you do not. After Pro ends, Storage files stay for a short grace period, then auto-clean.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs through our payment partner and supports major cards. Receipts and tax invoices are issued by the payment provider for paid plans.
Is my data safe on PDFTrusted?
Everyday tools process on your device when possible. OCR, converts, and AI use a short secure cloud job over HTTPS, then clean up. Account Storage is protected by PDFTrusted Shield and lives only in your account cloud. Free and Pro follow the same privacy rules — Pro only raises capacity.
Do you sell a desktop or mobile app?
No separate app is required. PDFTrusted runs in modern browsers on phone, tablet, and desktop — fast, smooth UI without an installer.
